over eating on feed days?

  • Hi, new to fasting (started on Tuesday 7 January) and have since completed two successful fast days. Was trying to follow ADF but my plans were scuppered today when freshly baked bread was brought into the house… my trouble is at the moment is that I feel like I’m bingeing on feed days…so trying to make up for it by adding another fast day (needless to say this is proving difficult!)

    Anyone else experienced this in the early stages? Trying to lose 20lbs (currently 152 with a BMI of 24.5)…

    Also how quickly could I expect to lose this weight if I did 3 fast days a week?
