newby with thyroid probs

Hi guys ,love all the help and advice to lose weight, have an underactive thyroid, going 5-2, want to lose 2 stone, tried s.w., tried w.w., not working and have been disciplined, where do I go, want to be comfortable for my summer hols, cheers

Pop in hypothyroid into the search and you’ll be amazed what you’ll find.
Great advice and realistic frustrations.
