Newbie starting next Monday

  • Hi I’m Sue, I’ve yoyo dieted all my life I think! I’ve successfully done the slim fast plan after my first child’s birth then I did the cabbage soup diet after my third child’s birth, both did what I needed but are not a long term solution. I am very active, love running and get very hungry,I work with behavioural kids which is very active too. I’m hoping that by using this diet on the 5 days off I will not feel so hard done by, then the two days on will be mentally more acceptable, I had an operation and gained at least a stone I didn’t have so mentally I’m preparing for Monday, wish me luck xx

    I wish you all the luck in the world I’ve been dieting all my life as well!! Although judging by some of the things I’ve read you shouldn’t need much luck – lets hope so eh coz I’ve started mine today!
