    I have just started with 5:2, have found out about this woe through a friend of mine.

    I’m 47, married, with lots of kilos to lose. What I like about this diet are the health benefits and that it’s only two days per week.

    I’ve had my first fast day yesterday and it went quite well, no freezing, no headache, no cravings. I really believe that this is the right way for me.

    I will start reading here now, looking forward to lots of nice contacts, inspiration and learning.
