  • Hi,
    I’m on my first week…second day of fasting, so far so good.
    I do have a question about the food on the fasting days though.
    I have been having a whey protein shake for my lunch. is this okay? Would it be better for me to have a boiled egg/piece of chicken? I feel that protein keeps me feeling full compared to carbs. Not sure what’s best!

    Many people find one meal in the evening that is high in fat and protein works best. They find eating carbs tends to make them more hungry.
