Newbie – Advice & Tips Welcome

  • I’m going to be starting this in the next few days and am looking forward to it! I’m quite a health eater during the week, but on weekends, I just binge, which really isn’t good. I started eating healthily in January and lost 6 pounds in the first month.. Then gained some back and am currently just fluctuating around 10 stone.

    I really, really want to be 8 stone. I think I will be able for this change though and I’m very good with hydration, etc, but I’d love some tips and if anyone could give me an insight into how long this might take? I was hoping to lose the two stone over 4-6 months. Thanks so much!
