new to the fast diet

  • Hi my sisterinlaw introduced me to the fast diet ,and i started it tuesday with first day of fast then another today,i just ate salad and a small jacket potato around 4pm and just drank water and a couple of cups of tea ,finding it quite easy ,just hope i lose some weight and feel healthy,just need some ideas what to eat on fast days please

    Today was my first fast day. I am also new at this. I usually eat 1200 calories a day and then end up blowing my calorie intake on the weekends. I’m hoping I can lose some weight as well.

    My first fast is about over. I’m feeling a little hungry. Just hoping to hang in there. I wish you luck on your journey.

    hi bettyboopsy i found the first fast quite hard because i never ate all day till 4 pm ,im just trying to keep off the scales till ive done about 3 weeks as i dont want to be dissapointed if not lost much,im not counting my calories on my no fast days but its in the back of my mind what im eating so trying to stay in with the daily calories,think people seem to do the fast days different but suppose whats best for each person,good luck with it and keep posted with results
