New to ADF

  • Hi – Started ADF last week after gaining “holiday ” weight, yet again!!! . I have been on every diet going, weight watches, slimming world etc. I lost 1.7 stone about a year ago , but it is constant battle to keep it off.
    I have just down loaded the book to make sure im following the guide lines correctly. I really feel that this way of eating is a easy long term life change, so here i am, second week in, get slight headache’s on fasting days but generally ok. My fasting days are Monday & thursday, I have a full 12 hr fast period to start. any way fingers crossed.

    I think you’ll enjoy this diet, since it’s not so restrictive on the non-fast days, and it changes the body’s settings as to be a virtual fountain of youth. I kept so busy on the fasting day I didn’t even notice the effects, I’m sure you’ll do just fine at it.
