Are you saying you cant handle the weight loss or the effort needed for weight loss? Its really not that hard, you just have to give it a genuine go. Its just 2 out of 7 days and most people don’t water fast (I do) but instead just reduce their calorie intake.
Try and avoid ALL sugars and simple carbs like bread, rice, pizza, potatoes on your fast days. Avoiding these on your non fast days is also a good thing if you can do it. Eat lots of bulky vegetables and salads, protein like tuna and chicken, fats like cheese, high fat low sugar yogurts, avocados, almonds or walnuts. Go for berry type fruits, avoid bananas.
You want to reduce you insulin spikes (caused by refined carbs and sugars) so eat your 500 cals in one or two meals rather than lots of small snacks would be preferable as this will lower your average insulin levels. One or two table spoons of apple cider vinegar before each meal will help lower your insulin spikes.
Good luck it works as long as you give it a genuine try. 44 pounds lost over 2015 and now in 6:1 maintenance mode.
