  • High everyone! Started this week I am fasting Tuesday and Thursday. My workout scheduled is 5 to 6 days a week for a total of about 8 to 10 hours of weight training and cardio. Weight training and cardio have not been encouraging. I have not lost any weight, but have not gained ether. At the beginning of the week (Monday) I weighed in at 401.6 lbs. and am on 3 medications for high blood pressure. With two fast days under my belt I am down 5 lbs. and now am 396.6 lbs., very encouraged, and believe this to be doable. I am very excited to be on this adventure and looking forward to see what happens in the long run. Will be seeing the Dr. this next Tuesday and he will probably order another blood workup, it will be interesting to see the results a year from now.
