Hi there! I’m new to this forum although I did try 5:2 about 2 years back. My husband and I went on a trip to the UK and I read about it there and did 5:2 for about 2 months and lost 15 pounds. Then had some really bad stuff happen personally and lost another 10 without trying. Once i felt better the weight piled back on and now I’m back where I started….but I’m committed to getting to my goal this time. I started this week and already down 5.2 pounds!! I’m 5’8″ and usually fast on M and W but sometimes tweak it a little depending on social obligations.

Starting Weight: 208
Current Weight: 202.8
Goal Weight: 160
Pounds to go: 42.8
Target Date to hit goal: 6/1/2016 (about a pound per week or ~84 fasts!)
Once I hit goal I will transition to 6:1
I hope to log in weekly for updates and inspiration 🙂
