Need help to get back on track

    I really need some help and encouragement to get back on track after a 2 weeks all inclusive holiday in August.

    What were you doing before the holiday? How was it working?
    Repeat what you were doing before.

    Not being snarky, honest, but just because the holiday was ‘all inclusive’ didn’t mean you had to leave your self control at home.

    Ditto. Just do what you were doing before you went on holidays. There may also be an element of you treating 5:2 as a “diet cure” rather than a continuous way of eating. If you have a mindset that says I need to get value for money then overeating may present a problem when you are in a social situation. I visited some friends yesterday and it was my fast day (I do zero calories). They offered some nice fruit and nuts to nibble on as we talked. I just said no thanks its my fast day, and they were fine with that and were not offended. You can socialise AND not eat. The two are exclusive of each other.
