finaly back from holiday and been so busy i have not weighted my self for threes week but been keeping to the diet and still exersizeing four times a week so realy hoping that when i do weight my self i have lost some weight keep going every one

Started April 4 at 207. Reached 188 today, September 17. Missed only one fast day since I started. As you can see from the chart below I lost quite a bit the first month (9 pounds) and 10 more pounds in the next 4+ months. Slow going after the first big loss. But I have lost 19 pounds and I have lost weight each and every month. 23 more pounds to go. It works!
