  • I’m excited to join this community and share my journey towards a healthier lifestyle with you all. After struggling with my weight and feeling sluggish for far too long, I’ve decided to take charge of my health and explore The Fast Diet and exercise regimen.

I’ve heard great things about intermittent fasting and how it can not only help with weight loss but also improve overall health. The idea of incorporating periods of fasting into my routine while still enjoying my favorite foods on non-fasting days sounds like something I can stick to long-term.

However, I’m also aware that diet alone isn’t enough to achieve my goals. That’s why I’m committed to incorporating regular exercise into my routine as well. Whether it’s going for a brisk walk, hitting the gym, or trying out new workout classes, I’m ready to get moving and build strength and endurance.

I know there will be challenges along the way, but I’m determined to stay motivated and focused on my health goals. I’m looking forward to connecting with others who are on a similar journey and sharing tips, advice, and encouragement along the way.

    Best of luck with it.

They aim only at the 5:2 Fast Diet as originally developed in 2012.

FYI I’ve done 5:2 for 11 years quite successfully.
