Muffin top has to go!

    I am not technically overweight but we all know what we are happy with and when I went to put on one of my belts the other day and couldn’t actually touch the two ends at the front, I decided this tummy and back fat has to go. I only want to lose 7kg and all that 7kg is weight that has accumulated around my middle and on my small frame, it just doesn’t look right and it is very unhealthy fat. I am only 158cm and my waste measurement is 91cm which is above the recommended healthy waste range. I did the 5 and 2 a couple of years ago when I had piled on the weight and it worked, I just gave up too easily. I exercise lots, 4-5 times a week, happy with my upper body, my bottom half is fine, just the middle has to go. I am feeling really positive after my first fast day today as it was much easier than I thought. I LOVE my food, I am a cake decorator and I love sweet things.     The trouble with this 5:2 diet is that it’s for life with one day a week when you get to the weight you desire. If you succeeded the first time and gave up, then it will work again. But you need to do it all the time!
