  • Hi there!
I am new to this forum. I am a student who has a particular interest in understanding all peoples motivations to exercise, and how that affects their eating behaviour and health.
I am conducting research on this area and am inviting all to participate in survey about this topic.
I read the guidelines and could find no where that this was a breach — if it is I would take it down immediately.
Anyway, if you are interested, here is the link

    Thanks!

    Hi Jalinardon,
I did over half your questionnaire, but gave up because most questions didn’t have a choice that represented me. eg it kept asking about what I do when I am dieting, and I have never been on a ‘diet’

It kept asking me if I sometimes restrict my food. Well yes. I am doing 5:2 fasting. But it seemed that it was asking about bingeing and then not eating in a disorganised fashion.

It asked me if I buy ‘low calorie food’. Well, yes, I would call most of the vegetables I buy low calorie food. But I don’t think that is what it meant.

I kept picking a choice that seemed vaguely relevant to my life, but it just seemed to get worse and worse.

I wish you good luck with it though!
