Hey everyone!
Me and my boyfriend have tried so many different ways to try and lose a few extra pounds lately (he wants to loose about a stone and I want to lose half a stone – so not very far to go) but we’ve not having much success as things keep throwing us off the wagon such as weekend family meals etc plus we both enjoy proper food and the occasional weeknight drink. I suddenly thought about the 5:2 diet and how it could be the answer to our problems.
I’m not completely new to 5:2, I’ve done it in the past and had success with it, but my boyfriend has never given it a go before. We’re thinking of fasting on Mondays and Thursdays so that the fast days are spread out over the week.
I wondered if anyone else has had success doing it as a couple and if you have any advice? 🙂
