    I really need to get in shape and am usually motivated to do this. The only problem is every time a start a diet, I give in to temptations and end my diet. I guess I really need some motivation and advice on this…

    Hi Zarkam and welcome. The forum is full of some excellent advice and tips. My advice is to focus on 5:2 as a way of eating to improve health and lifestyle and not a diet. This worked for me in a way no diet worked before. Eighteen months in and I’m 3 kgs under my initial goal weight and am successfully maintaining.
