    I’m new with this diet.
    I hope i will find it easy to follow, and loose weight..
    I already lost 13kg with a ‘regular’ diet, but recently i don’t loose weight anymore.
    Can someone please share ‘menue’ for the fasting days. if i understand correct is should be 500cal top.

    And by the way, i still need to loose 22 kg, on top of the 13kg i already lost.
    My biggest problem is chocholate cravings, which can be as CRAZY as eating 300gr of chocholate a day!

    You can eat anything you want on diet days as long as you stay below 5/600 cal. Many do not eat anything on their diet days, making things much easier.

    You will make life a lot easier for yourself if you do not eat simple carbohydrates like sugar, pasta, rice, bread on your fast days. From what you have said it appears as though sugar is your trigger food (chocolate has a lot of sugar), so do not have any. Instead have protein and lots of green vegetables. A big bowl of salad with some tuna or chicken.
