Just starting 5.2 but WHAT can I eat ?

  • At 70 I am starting 5 and 2, am at a loss. I cant eat onion and any of its family, split peas, beans of any sort, lentils, cabbage, oats, soy plus many other things. Am a vegetarian trying for vegan. Have a sugar problem so if I don’t eat regularly I go faint and cant walk properly, like a drunk. Need to lose 15 to 18 kilo. HELP!!!!!

    Thank you very much, will read up on it now. Thank goodness nearly all fruit and veg I can eat, plus rice, some pastas.
