How do I find out if I have internal fat around my organs please ?

My BMI is 24.8
My BMR is 6412
My TDEE is 12182

Those numbers look very strange. Have you entered your data correctly? How tall are you and what do you weigh? How much exercise do you do? The only way to really tell if you have fat around your organs would be something like an MRI scan?
