Has anyone got any experience with HIT training? Apparently it is excellent to burn calories and in return helps you to get into shape. Any added info would be excellent.

I did it for a few weeks, found I walked up hills without puffing so much but because I get bored/ don’t see 10 KGS off in a week. I stop!
I was using an exercise bike.
Then I tried tabata on a hill in my backyard for a month…all I got was wet shoes as it was winter.
I’m back to walking and doing Joyce vedral DVDs iny bedroom!
