  • Im on my 4th fast day. I have around 70lb to lose, ive been paleo for a number if years. Gave up bread and gluten and its substitutes has been the best thing for my health. Began jogging around 8months ago and have lost around 20lb so far.
    Did my first parkrun about a month ago and love it..being post menopausal its not eady to loose the lbs. Iam hoping that fasting will give me a bit of a shove off the plateau that im on.
