Hi new to fasting

  • Hi I’m 35, married with 3 kids and have been dieting for years mainly on my fitness pal but been stuck on last 10 or so pounds so trying this out to see if I can shift last pounds.

    I done my first fast today and plan on Tuesday and Thursday and stick to 1500 other 5 and still count on MPF.

    Is anyone else on here that use MPF too?

    Hi, I’m a newbie too. I too am fasting on Tuesdays and Thursdays and eating 1500 cals on non-fasting days. I am on MFP. My username is skinny__mama (that’s with two underscores).

    Hi I’m on my fitness pal. Did my first fast yesterday. Also trying to stick to 1500 on none fast days (but weekends are my downfall)

    Hi clare welcome I am 1500 too weekends are my non fast days so I know the struggle as I love Sunday dinners and fry ups lol.

    Well done on your first fast day, today was my supposed to be my fast day but going out so that’s out the window so will have to figure out what day to make that up. I did do Tuesday so not all lost lol.
