  • I have just seen the programme on telly. I have seen a few people who have had success with this but I am not sure if I can do it. can anyone suggest a daily eating plan for the fast days

    What I eat fast days

    Brekky 1 boiled egg
    Lunch homemade soup, originally I had cup,of soup. The soup warms me up.
    Dinner chicken salad or chicken sir fry. On Monday fast days I have a banana at 4pm so I can attend my PT traing session. Thursday’s I dont.
    Plenty of water tea and coffee. Comes out at 520 calories. 1800 calories other days

    I track everyday through my fitness pal.

    The first couple of fasts difficult I drankwater until I was full. Went to loo every half an hour. Went to bed at 9pm so I couldn’t eat first week drop 1.5kg. So that pushed me in week two. Down another kilo. Had a couple of weeks where I lost very little even following the program but my measurements dropped so I knew it was still working.

    Don’t even notice hunger now amazing. Sugar cravings dropped, potato chip cravings gone.

    Down 11.5kg since mid September pushing for 12kg this week. Still have long way to go.

    Please follow the program it works.

    You can start this week get a small jump on Christmas.. You will not eat as much over the holiday period
