  • I’m a newbie and today has been so hard, but reading a load of amazing stories has kept me fired up!

    I’m 5ft 7 and 10 stone 11 which caused my mum to gasp at the scales earlier. (I did feel quite hurt!) I’ve never been this big and I don’t feel happy with myself anymore so I decided it was time to step up and make a change.

    Today I struggled with what to eat and made the mistake of reading a packet wrong and wasting 158 calories on the tiniest fruit and yoghurt bar ever – I didn’t realise they were 79 cal per biscuit and and there’s two in a pack.. Not 79 cal for both!

    I’m aiming to lose 25 pounds, is it doable?

    Your goal is very doable, just give it time, and think of it as your new way of eating and living 🙂 oh dont worry about your little mistake lol, we’ve all done it, i know i have!!
