I’m a newbie and today has been so hard, but reading a load of amazing stories has kept me fired up!
I’m 5ft 7 and 10 stone 11 which caused my mum to gasp at the scales earlier. (I did feel quite hurt!) I’ve never been this big and I don’t feel happy with myself anymore so I decided it was time to step up and make a change.
Today I struggled with what to eat and made the mistake of reading a packet wrong and wasting 158 calories on the tiniest fruit and yoghurt bar ever – I didn’t realise they were 79 cal per biscuit and and there’s two in a pack.. Not 79 cal for both!
I’m aiming to lose 25 pounds, is it doable?
