  • Hi I am new to this forum, have been on the 5.2 since 27 Dec and doing OK. I have purchased the 5.2 diet book, the Fast Exercise and the Recipes, all good. I am particularly interested in the HIT exercises and would like some advice from anybody who has incorporated the stationary bicycle and the walk into their regime. I have had laparoscopic surgery on my knee about 5 years ago on my meniscus, which is fine but the cause of the injury was my jogging one lamppost and walking the next for all of 7 mins!!!
I live in Perth, and wonder if anybody here has had a similar injury and also if somebody can recommend where there may be HIT training north of the river please,
I have twice filled out the contact page on the Fast Exercise site, but as yet no reply to my question as to whether I could re-injure if on bike or walking.
