Why can’t I search for answers, I don’t see the search box in the how to section? I can start a new topic and that’s about it

I contacted JJ (their tech support) about the missing search function from the website. There are problems with it and they are creating another one. They are not sure yet when it will be functional.
If you click on forum it will allow you to look through previous topics by category. If you scroll back through these you may find what you need rather than having to create a new topic.
I usually go to “active topics” as this includes everything that’s been discussed over recent days and the popular topics always seem to be in this group.
