Help – not lost any weight – we

  • Hi I only started this on Monday with my fast day being Monday and Thursday – it’s Friday and I’ve weighed myself and I’ve not lost any weight if anything I’ve out a couple of pounds on

    That’s not unusual…it generally takes a couple weeks for my body to reset. It can also depend on age etc. My loss is very slow but I’m okay as long as the trend is right.
