Much anticipation for my first FD tomorrow. So motivated by so many stories on this platform. Hope to chat to more Southerners on this thread. HOLA Mzansi #fat must fall. Let’s do this. Xx

Hello Bubu. Sorry to see you haven’t had any responses to your post yet. I’m sure there are plenty of S Africans doing 5:2. I hope your first FD went well. It’s tough at first, but trust me – it does get easier. I’m sort of in ‘maintenance mode’ now, after losing 10kg. Good luck! Well, you don’t really need luck – just stick to your FD’s!
