Hello – I'm new

  • I’ve just joined the Forums. I’ve been doing the 5:2 diet since Easter and have dropped a dress size and probably lost about around 6lbs in weight.

    I would like to lose another 7lbs.

    I do struggle to keep within 500 calories over three meals! I usually have a boiled egg for breakast, a can of Waitrose Love Life Minestrone soup for lunch an then some chicken breast in the evening.
