    Hi Emma-

    I’m new here too. Just started communicating a couple days ago tho I’ve been doing a 5:2 IF since the week before Christmas.

    How are you doing your IF? How is it going so far?

    I’m delighted with how do-able it is for me and I’m happy to say I’ve had some observable success so far.

    Welcome Emma. It works. I have lost 14 pounds in 2 months. It is easy!
