  • My name on here is Chili and I’ve just started this diet three days ago. I’m from “the South” in the United States and looked to this diet as a way to achieve a healthier weight.

    Anyway, was hoping someone could give me some advice on how I can maintain muscle mass and lose fat while on this diet. I’ve been doing some research on this topic but came up empty. Any ideas? Thanks

    That’s similar to my goal Chili. I don’t want to be ‘skinny’ but sinewy. I’ve just started out too. All I will be doing is training on non fast days and incorporating all you need to help maintain muscle. Training and food intake. The fat will still come off because of the 2 fast days but this way you will maintain strength.
