Im on a serious mission to shed 20kg and get back to my 20’s weight.Its the second fast day in and I have been fine all day but now its 4pm….sooooo hungry! Also trying to think up some dinner ideas for 200cals.Can anyone relate?

Yes. Im a male in my 50s, now weigh what I weighed as a 21 yo. 92Kg (202 lbs) down to 72 kg (158 lbs). I actually found it easier not to eat on my fast days.
OK some simple food ideas. Big bowl of raw green vegetables of your choice. Cucumber, broccoli, lettuce, mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant etc, all chopped up. Add 100 gram tuna or salmon, or chicken, or pork to taste. Some cubes of tofu and/or cheese about 50g. Add a small amount of dressing, add apple cider vinegar. Add one chili if you like. This will satiate you for a very long time. Lots of bulk, lots of fibre, lots of protein.
Avoid red/orange/yellow vegetables, too much sugar content. Avoid potatoes. Limit fruit intake, especially bananas. Avoid fruit juice like the plague.
