  • Hello everybody !!!! I just started this wonderful journey and I’m excited to see where it gets me. I’m 29 and I’m looking forward to losing 10 pounds for my upcoming 30th birthday. I’m doing this diet to lose the weight I have gained since injuring my back. About 4 years injured my lower back lifting a too heavy weight. I recovered about six months later and discovered boxing/ Muay tai(kickboxing), cross fit, and running. I was in heaven, I love explosive excercises!!!!My legs never looked so good. The only thing that didn’t like it was my back. A year later I officially rupture a disc, now there is not a day that goes by that my back doesn’t hurt. The only thing I can do now is the step master and Pilates. I’m not overweight by any means, the problem is my body shape and how I gain weight. I am apple/triangle hybrid shape. I only gain on top( arms, stomach, back, etc.) if I was an hourglass I probably be singing another song . I’m about to hit 30 and I want to be able to see definition in my abs and arms(vain I know). Most importantly I want to have a good relationship with food, something I have never been able to do.So here I am hoping for the best. If anyone needs a buddy, hit me up… Good luck to everyone !!!!

Hi! I’m almost 25 and from West Virginia so it’s nice to see someone else from the states on here. I started this last Tuesday doing alternate day fasting and as of this morning I’m down 6lbs so it definitely works! I think low calorie soups make a world of a difference on my fast days. You’ll do great!
