  • Thoroughly enjoyed the BBC program and am now starting the 5:2 diet. I’m a 68 year old man who has been stuck at just under 200 pounds for years. I’d like to be able to shed some belly fat and lose some adipose tissue in my rear. Arthritis has snuck up on me and knees are wearing out. Recently got an unloader brace for my bad right knee and that helps. My goal is to slowly get to 180 pounds.

    20 lbs should b no problem

    i had 70
    2 go now have 50 2 go

    & since ur male u will lose quicker & more

    no fair 4 us females 🙂
