Gonna start tomorrow

    Finished the book over the weekend, had a look about the website and am now ready to take the plunge. I’ve got some scales, a fat measuring machine and some tape ready for tomorrow morning. I am a bit nervous as I don’t think I’ll be able to handle such a reduced intake of food.

    Anyway, here is goes… main goal is to loose weight around my stomach. Not that bothered about how I look (too old for that); just want to be healthier.

    Good luck Robert. You sound like you have a good plan, so all you need to do is stick with it! It’s a good thing to have a starting guide to know where you began. The only advise I can give you is that hot drinks work, such as hot tea when you are hungry and drink plenty of water. Also make sure you are eating plenty of fiber or taking a supplement on your eating days, as constipation is annoying.
