Around February last year I started IF intermittent fasting with an 18 hour fasting window and 1800 cals and around 1 hour of cardio on a low resistance stationary bike. I had gained around 50lbs from around the ages of 17 – 20 , in 3 weeks of Intermittent fasting I dropped down from 232lbs – 210lbs somehow. I was happy with the results and just tried to maintain until august when I started eating not really thinking i’d gain the weight back , its the end of April and ive gained all the weight back including an extra 10lbs , I have been trying to start IF again for the last few months and havent had the will power not to eat like a mad man , so far Ive had little success in stopping myself. But 2 days ago I kept the IF and 1800 cals diet up for 2 days im down from 242lbs to 238lbs (probably just water). Hopefully this website can motivate me to drop down to 200lbs , Im going to try some low calorie days such as the 500 calories and then other days I will try maintenance (2500) , I will also try and do some Intermittent fasts and try the 36/24 hour fasts.
