Finally to 5:2

  • Hi everyone!

    I work and study at the sametime. I am going to be 27 this december and been over-weight for many years now. I weigh 74 kgs! I would really like to slim down before my 27th birthday,atleast start trending toward being healthy and fit. Consistency has always been a problem with me. I am poor at sticking to a routine for a consistently long time to actually see any results. This is the first time that I am into a community and forum like this!

    Planned to fast on Tuesdays and Thursdays ever week. Will start from tomorrow. Would really like your support!

    Started 5:2 today, feeling good can’t believe that I don’t feel hungry on my fast day also being my 1st day. I may have a dull headache starting. But feeling good and looking forward to dropping the weight and getting my BP, Cholesterol, and sugars down.

    when I was 18.I weigh 87.5kgs.Now,I weigh 66kgs! Losing weigh is a beautiful thing.Good luck! Enjoy it!

    Today is my first day! I made a lentil and milk porridge in the morning.. Could not help wondering and checking again and again if am feeling hungry or not. Surprisingly I am not even thirsty!

    I was able to manage today. Felt a bit dizzy, little head ache, but felt good, light. Completed the day with a cup of soup.
