Feeling really tired

  • Hi everyone! Today was my first day and I have to say that I am very excited about it. The only problem that I found is that I am really really tired. No exercise today or any extra work so I just can blame it on not have any food for the whole day.
    Can anyone tell me what can I do to don’t be so tired?
    Did anyone else feel the same on the first day?

    Hi yes the first two weeks I felt hungry and tired, but after that in week 3 it all changed and I have more energy on the fast days and actually look forward to them. So stick with it for a month I’m sure you get there. I found that if I drank a little more water when I was hungry that helped as well.
    Also I have started a Tai Chi class on one of my fast days as this is very gentle but it completely re-energises me. Its now 3 months since I started and I am fitter and 35 lb lighter. I could recommend this more highly.
