    Same measurements, no change even with holiday splurges.

    Rocky – glad to see your progress. I am at 147 currently after hitting 144. Here are my latest numbers from last fitness assessment.

    I have seen overall improvements in BP, resting heart rate, energy level, stamina etc. My next goal is 140lb and start building muscle – ETA Sep 2014 !!

    I MADE MY GOAL
    im excited . 50lbs of weight loss.

    I started 5:2 March 2013. 274lbs
    Losing 33lbs in 8 month
    I restarted again March 2014 @ 247 going with 4:3
    I stopped fasting after a diagnosis of type2 diabetes.

    However I kept on with a job that dramaticly increased my neat. And jumping rope as much as I can to increase my vo2 max.
    I resumed fasting June 18th eating mostly fish and beans .

    I have my GP approaval to lose more by 600 calorie fasting if I keep my glucose in healry range.

    I now weigh 224lbs for first time in 13 years.

    My new goal is 200lbs.

    Will be stepping up strength training , and skipping rope.

    Goal by July 31st
    220lbs

    Trying for 2lbs a week 4800 calorie restriction weekly
    and 2000 calories of exercise.

    try to aim for ten minutes.

    Skip until winded , and then do jumping jacks slow enough to catch your breath and pick it up again.

    its about 150-200 calories depending on weight.

    many people dont realize it helps to circulate the lymphatic system. It is also a compound exercise.

    its one of top benefit choices.
