Fat Burning Soup

  • 100gm unpeeled cucumber, 50gm lettuce, 50gm celery, 10gm spring onion. Simmer in vegetable stock to soften then liquidise. Great hot or cold. 24calories. Spice up with chilli or garlic powder if liked. Beauty of this is all the ingredients have natural fat burning qualities. Perfect for fast days.
