Hi everyone!
I’m confused. Does anyone know what the best fasting schedule for weight loss would be? I have read different books….some say 24 hrs twice a week, I’ve heard 36 hrs three times a week, and I’ve read to get out of a plateau you need to fast for weeks or months. Not sure I can do the last one :(. I have done ADF alternate day for 24 hrs since March 10 and lost 40 pounds. Sadly I need to lose more:( but I seemed to have stalled. What do I do? The days I haven’t done 24, I have done 16/18.
And very low carb with the occasional treat, which I do not feel guilty about since I have given up bread, potatoes, rice and pasta (my used to be fave) COMPLETELY. I will not use ‘fake’ sweeteners either; nothing in my tea or coffee, so when I have that occasional treat, it will be with regular sugar, unpasteurized honey or a touch of maple syrup.
Any advice will be welcomed….and appreciated.
