Just started this week on the FDK meals,as I work shifts I found them handy to use at work.They are a bit bland but have got me through the day ok,I have done intermittent fasting for two years now and it does work although you have to be disciplined,The FDK meals is another addition to my armoury.
P.S. Anyone who has any meals they are not happy with I would be happy to take them off there hands
