Someone I work with has been following this plan for about a year.
I began the Fast Diet last Monday – thought I’d ease in gently with 100 cals at breakfast, mid afternoon and then 200 for dinner. Felt fine, and the next couple of days seemed to have less of an appetite, so ate really healthily. The second fast dayb(Thursday) was much harder; I decided to do it properly, with the 12 hour gap between eating. I found I was in incredibly thirsty all day -so much so that I didn’t feel hungry. I drank about 3litres of water in addition to black/herbal tea, but didn’t lose the dry mouth feel until we’ll into Friday. I now realise how much fluid we gain through our food, and will make sure I drink plenty all week, not just fasting days.
Weigh-in in the morning – cant wait to see the results after one week!
