So I started last Tuesday. Just had a quick weigh in, in the same clothes 6 days on, and i’ve lost all of 1LB.
I Absolutely stuck to under 500 cals on my 2 fasting days (Tues and Thursday) last week.
I am fasting again today.
On my non fast days I stuck to my TDEE except for a meal with friends Saturday evening which I couldn’t count as she had cooked for us – and it was 3 courses although pudding was fruit salad, I also had about a bottle of wine. (I had kept my lunch to 200cals though)
I really expected the first week to have a BIG loss with water retention etc.
I did weigh in on Saturday morning and I’d lost 5 lbs then, so have I really put on 4lbs with one big meal?
