Day 4 – bit more successful but very tired

  • Second fasting day was more successful than the first, managed to come in at 535 kc. I realised I was eating far too many calories at lunch, I’ll try diluting my soup down from 88 kc to 66kc per portion. I avoided evening hunger by going for a nap mid evening because I was really tired, my muscles also feel really fatigued although I haven’t been doing much exercise due to the icy conditions. Is this normal and will it pass?
