Hi Everyone, Today is my first fasting day. I have chosen to do Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a view to being flexible if I have a better offer on one of those days. I would like to make this my new way of life because of the health benefits and of course to lose weight. Not sure if I can be disciplined enough to do this and not sure if I can manage to fast on days when I work on my half acre veg and fruit garden. When it is not raining I do 5-7 hours a day in the garden 7 days a week. Today it is raining so its a catch up on housework day. I love to cook but I don’t want to cook 2 different meals a night. So I am starting off on the Fast Diet Kitchen meals and cooking normally for hubby. Can anyone tell me how they get on being pretty active of fasting days? Also does it get easier as you do it for longer?
