  • Hi, how is everyone going? I’ve just done my first 1 and 1/2 days . So excited that I had to weigh myself (but I’ll try to refrain from weighing too often in the future) I’ve lost 1.1Kg (2.4lbs) I had measured myself as well but won’t check the measurements for quite a while. This is easy people. I hope you all get fantastic results! Can’t wait to hear your stories

    Hi mangosteen, I went great on my first fast day! then yesterday, my non-fast day, I was a complete idiot!! I ate like a mad woman. So stupid, I don’t know why I went so silly! I’m fasting again today, and I am going to make sure I don’t behave like an absolute twit tomorrow. I don’t know what got into me. I’m really disappointed in myself now 🙁

    Hi all.
    I am currently on my second day of fasting. I chose to do Wednesday and Thursday as my fasting days. I think this will work but i am finding myself today feeling a little hungry but im controlling that with constant water drinking and Tea. Yesterday my intake was 495 calories and about 2 litres of water and today so far I have had 243 calories and about 600ml of water so far.
    It’s nowhere near as hard as what I imagined and I had a sneaky peek at the scales this morning and found I dropped 1.2kg on the first day. In saying that I have been dieting for the past month and have dropped 11 kilos already so this is a great way to get healthy and speed my weight loss at the same time.
    I hope you are all getting similar results and good luck.
    I am very impressed so far. I tried to recommend this to 2 friends but they think it’s crap so I am more motivated now to prove them wrong.
    Also a big thank you to everyone for your advise and motivation. It’s great and very much appreciated.

    Hi theobara, Well done. I love it when people tell me something I’m doing is crap…it makes me more determined to prove them wrong. Congrats on losing the 11 kg already. Its great too because it shows the fast can kickstart you to keep losing when you’ve already lost so much. Good luck..keep us informed how you’re going!

    I actually just took some measurements which I do every thursday of each week and have dropped 4cm around my hips this week and 2 around my waist so i am very excited.
    I haven’t had a drop like that for about 4 weeks so this fast is really working.
    It wont be long before i can start running again. I still have a long way to go but i’m pumped.

    Hi everyone, day 2 of fasting for me. First day was a breeze, had breakfast and light dinner. Not overly hungry the following day and have fully completed reading the book. Great information, easy to read. I have found loads of easy recipes on Pintrest but also find it easy to prepare from my own ideas. There doesn’t seem to be a problem finding recipes within the calorie range for the day. Would love to hear how others are going. Bye to all xxx

    Wow theobara, cms lost is great..way better than kgs. It has really kick started you again. Fantastic. I’ll measure in a week or so, hope I’m reduced too lol. Well done!

    That’s great Suemarie. I’m on my 2nd week here, doing well. Today isn’t a fast day but I’m following the beach fast so there are still some guidelines for the non fast days and I’m finding it really easy. Just had lunch and very satisfied and delicious. About to do my HIT exercise.
