Hi , stated the diet today at 8am. after watching Sunday night on TV. went straight into fast had x2 coffees water water water, miso soup. Don’t know what to have for dinner.

I started a week ago after watching Sunday night. I’m very happy because I lost 1.3 kilos last week.
I don’t have anything but water and tea untill 11.30 then I have a boiled egg and salad for brunch.
Dinner is skinless chicken or tuna in spring water and salad or vegies.
If I get hungry I have a piece of toast and tea at about 8.30, that’s it easy.
I eat normally on the other days I even had some chocolate and sweets and still lost.
